On August 21, 2018, we laid the groundwork for the Damascus Road staff, elders, and trustees, along with their spouses at this Leaders' Circle Vision-Casting Event.
On a Tuesday evening in August, 120+ staff, leaders, and trustees, along with their spouses had a chance to catch the vision of what it means to be ALL IN. Pastors Richard Fredericks and Rajendra Pillai, along with Executive Director Jason Earle outlined the framework of the ALL IN Generosity Journey.
Statistics were shared, opportunities outlined, and the vision set before us was cast. With the explosion of growth within a 15 mile radius of our campus, our children's and youth ministries bulging at the seams, and worship services often at or over capacity, we knew it was time to seek what God would have us do.
The Damascus Road trustees set out to pray and fast and have come back with a clear vision for an expanded Damascus Road campus to hold 2,000 weekly worshipers, increase our activity with our current mission teams, prepare a venue for the community where connections can be forged, and set aside seed money for a future, second DRCC campus.
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it ALL IN the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Colossians 3:17
